Minimum Notice Periods Under Fair Work

• Less than 1 year: 1 week
• 1 to 3 years: 2 weeks
• 3 to 5 years: 3 weeks
• More than 5 years: 4 weeks

Your Entitlements

• All accrued annual leave must be paid out on your last day
• Long service leave entitlements may apply depending on tenure
• Your employer cannot withhold your final pay for any reason
